Guided by generations of tradition\, the Brocard family is deeply committed to sustainability and a philosophy that allows each wine to express a true sense of place. \nThe evening begins with a welcoming wine reception\, followed by a four-course menu thoughtfully shaped by the vibrant palate\, minerality\, and elegance of Jean-Marc Brocard’s Chablis wines.
